A rainy Saturday morning and this bag of old bones is recovering from aches and tired muscles ensuing from standing in the kitchen over the holiday slicing and dicing all the ingredients for the turkey stuffing. I'm beginning to feel like I may have been one of the pilgrims at the first Thanksgiving.

When did I go down the path of getting old? I must have missed that fork in the road > youth, and inadvertently took > old age. Should have had a GPS to guide me.

But with old age comes wisdom, and I had the sense to stay home yesterday and passively participate in Black Friday by watching all the crazies on the news. No shoving and pushing for me, thank you.

Here I Go Again

I've blogged on Matador Network (http://matadortravel.com/traveler/angelinem), and on Word Press (http://angelinem.wordpress.com/), and wanted to give Blogspot a whirl. Word Press is a good vehicle, but I've had trouble setting up a decent layout; it did serve it's purpose though to blog about a major detour in our lives. We chose the fork in the road and have proceeded forward. Another good reason to start out on a new site.
